•	Extra person/Extra Bed is chargeable at £20 pounds nett per person.
•	The above rates does not include airport transfer to and from the hotel.
•	Tips (optional) - Tipping is entirely dependent on what you think of the level of service. Normally between 10% to 15%.
•	We serve Malaysian and International Breakfast at £6.00 per person.
•	Baby Cots are available and its free of charge.
•	Check Out Time : 11.00 noon
•	Check In Time : 2.00 pm

•	Extended check-out during Peak Period : - Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed - After 6pm - one day’s rate imposed
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

Low Season
One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation not made within 72 hours prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

Peak Season
One night charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation not made within 8 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

STANDARD ROOM TWIN : 2 Single Beds
Able to accommodate 1 extra bed.

STANDARD ROOM DOUBLE : 1 Double Bed
(English double bed size which is smaller than queen size bed)
Able to accommodate 1 extra bed.

STANDARD ROOM TRIPLE : 3 Single Beds or 1 double bed + 1 Single bed.
Able to accommodate 1 extra bed.

EXECUTIVE ROOM SINGLE : 1 Single Bed Only

EXECUTIVE ROOM TWIN : 2 Single Beds
Able to accommodate 1 extra bed.

EXECUTIVE ROOM DOUBLE 1 Double Bed
(English double bed size which is smaller than queen size bed)
Able to accommodate 1 extra bed.

JUNIOR SUITES

1 double queen size bed and 2 Single sofa bed (good for a family of 2 adults/2 children)

PAVILION SUITES

1 Double King Size Bed and 2 Single bed ( good for a family of 2 adults/2 or 3 children – able to accommodate one extra bed at an extra charge)

The difference between the Executive room and standard room is the size of the room. The Executive room is more spacious than the standard room and in some of the Executive Double room it consists of double queen size bed instead of the English double bed size. We can add extra bed for child below 12 yrs old in the twin, double and the triple room at an extra charge. All our rooms are with tea/coffee making facilities, tv, hair dryer, tel, wi-fi internet access (chargeable) and rooms are either with bath/shower or shower only.

Early Check-Ins

What is the earliest check-in time? Depends on room availabilty.

What is the cost? If we have similar rooms available on the day of arrival, we will charge 50% of the room cost. If we are running high occupancy, the full cost for the previous night will be levied as we have to block off the room.

Late Check-Outs

What is the latest check-out time? 1.00 p.m. F.O.C.

What is the cost after the allowable period? 50% of the room rate.
